Covered in softness!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this 10 lb quilted plush twin sized weighted blanket about a month ago. The material covering the outside is so soft like velvet. The twin sized is perfect for one person and the weight of it is just right. It feels like someone is warmly hugging you. It gets you very hot so it's great for winter.

Helps my anxious kids

They have big feelings often and I wanted them to be able to have their own blanket for when they’re feeling overwhelmed with feelings. This has been great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son usually has a hard time sleeping by himself so he needs mommy or daddy to lay down with him till he falls asleep. I work night shift so he gives a hard time to my husband keep waking him up to sleep with him so when I got the blanket I thought he might feel comfortable sleeping by himself. It does work after a few days, he does sleep by himself after reading his book when I am working nights. He uses this blanket every night and some time on the couch when he watches tv. Plush material is comfy, soft and weight is distributed evenly. This blanket filled with non-toxic glass beads in sections you can feel an equal amount of pressure throughout. I use this blanket sometime while sitting at the couch, it does feel soothing. Although my son takes it away when he sees me using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very to get excited to try this weighted blanket, because I have suffered from insomnia for years. After trying different meds and not liking the side effects, I figured that I needed something more. The weighted blanket from PleasurePedic has become a must have on my side of the bed. The first couple of nights were still a bit restless because it was too hot (Georgia Native) so I was tossing and turning. Now I adjust the thermostat prior to bedtime and it has really changed how I sleep. I am really impressed with how soft this blanket is. It is warm and cozy and tends to soothes me enough so that I drift off to sleep and sleep for longer periods of time. This is a quality made blanket and very well-constructed. The beads are spread evenly and stay in place. My husband loves it because his sleep interruptions are less frequent since my tossing and turning has decreased. It arrived damaged free and odor-free. Sleeping with this blanket feels full body hug. I recommend this blanket for those suffering with insomnia and even anxiety because I have found that it relaxes me.

The blanket is easy to care/wash and kept the softness even after washing it, however this blanket is smaller than the size shown on the box but other than that I'm happy with it.

Fulfilling Sleep!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this Bell + Howard Weighted blanket in the standard couch size. It is perfect for when I want to relax on my couch. I have to admit that every time I have snuggled up under this blanket with the intention of reading a book or watching TV, I become so warm and comfortable, that I fall asleep instead. This sleep is so fulfilling and invigorating. I never understood how wonderful a weighted blanket felt until I tried it. It genuinely feels like a never-ending warm embrace. I have this blanket in grey which I find to be versatile as it fits perfectly with the blue decor in my family room. It looks luxurious and inviting. I will be getting a second one of these blankets as my fiancee and I fight over who gets to use it.

Relaxing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is beyond what I expected, it’s incredibly soft, my 10lb is not very large obviously, but it is just enough to comfortably cover my feet, legs and sits right at my stomach. I toss and turn at night, and it's a little difficult because of the weight, but I'm getting used to it! This blanket has also helped calm my anxiety when it arises. Overall I love my new blanket!

It's 12 lbs and very soft and perfect . I made this purchase due to the I have two children with Autism !! I'm gonna say the quality and weight on this blanket is awesome and it truly has helped my girls sleep and relax better I've noticed it's decreased anxiety at night and helps minimize it for a fuller nights rest . The beads inside the blanket is made the right way !! It helps with ADHD as well my girls would sleep about four hours now since i bought this they sleep a restfull night of 10 hours it has truly helped our family alot and since the purchase ive seen a increase of energy . Im in the process of buying another blanket as we speak , when i wash the blanket i was it on a gentle cycle and dry it on low so i know it doesnt destroy the quality of it !. The stitching is nice ! Keeps them more calm and realxed .

I am a very restless sleeper and with this blanket I noticed that the extra weight really helped me to relax and to feel more comfortable so I am sleeping better with this blanket. I love the weight of this blanket. It is not too heavy and not too light, just the right amount of weight to make me feel comfortable. The plush fabric feels so soft and cozy and there is no noise inside when moving or shifting. This is a great blanket which makes me overall sleep better. I highly recommend it!

Very Relaxing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience with a weighted blanket and the first thing that surprised me was it was really heavy. Heavy in a good way. I have bad anxiety and my legs always feel like they are still running a marathon when I try to relax. I have been wanting to try a weighted blanket to see if it would give me some relief. I usually like it when my dog comes and lays on me because it gives me comfort but of course she can't get me covered on more than my legs. With the blanket, it was like a huge hug of relaxation. Very comforting and gave me a moment to calm myself. It was especially helpful providing just enough weight on my legs to stop that feeling that my legs were still running. To my surprise, it wasn't too hot for me. I am very impressed and hope to get a larger one for the bed.

I just put the air conditioner on in my room and put the soft blanket over me, and in minutes I can feel the stress melting away! I was really skeptical that this would help, but it really does!! Excited have this at home - wish there was a cover
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excited to have this, but wish it came with a washable cover. The instructions say that the blanket can be hand washed and it seemed to do fine in my front-loader machine set to "hand wash". Airdried pretty quickly. Be sure to check the measurements. I thought I was ordering a twin, but received a "couch" length, which leaves my feet out of the cozy weight. Otherwise happy with the addition!

This isn’t the size of a comforter, it’s smaller and the information says the dimensions so maybe look at the different sizes before you buy. I wanted a weighted blanket where my feet and arms weren’t covered by it, just my body and legs and the twin size is the perfect size. The blanket itself is very plush and soft and the quality of the fabric and Stitching is excellent. I’m gonna have to get another cause my husband keeps taking mine!

Solid construction, soft!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 12lb Quilted Plush PleasurePedic Full/Queen Sized weighted blanket is wonderfully soft & well constructed. I was pleased not to find any fill in the box or on the blanket upon unpacking. The 12lb weight is apparent and creates a cozy experience. I would encourage checking the blanket's measurements & the guide rather than going by the traditional full/queen size that one may be accustomed to purchasing. The blanket fell short of the complete width of our full-sized bed and clearly would on a queen. It covers one person fine but wouldn't be sufficient for a couple. That said, it would work well as a throw. This, in combination with the care instructions, is where it lost a star in its rating. The directions indicate that the blanket must be hand-washed - dry cleaning isn't an option so spot cleaning as needed will be paramount. I can only imagine that when wet, this blanket's weight could be difficult to manage & it would need great support to allow it to air dry. Overall, the blanket fulfills what one would expect from a weighted blanket & provides a coziness one couldn't get from a traditional blanket.
