great product, Target was disappointing

this is a solid product. however, when I bought it, the product description included a cover which, upon opening the package, was nowhere to be found. Target customer service claimed they couldn't contact the company and wouldn't address the incorrect details in the listing. I finally figured out the company contact and got in touch. they were apologetic, fixed the listing details, and wanted to offer at least a partial refund through Target but we're unable to issue it directly, so they contacted Target, who responded with, "if the customer is dissatisfied they are free to return the product for a full refund" and refused any accountability for their role in the issue, not to mention lack of gratitude for having the listing corrected, which was actually their responsibility. so I'm disappointed in how Target handled this with both me and the company but the product itself is great so far.
