Nice mattress for the price

I’ve had the mattress for almost 2 weeks now and, so far, I’m sleeping well and the mattress has the right firmness for a side sleeper like me. I’m giving the mattress a 4 because the edge at the end of the bed sinks quite a bit. The sides are holding up well, but the end is a little too soft.

Perfect!

Prince and the Pea

Nice firm but comfy mattress

The Vitality Hybrid 12" mattress is somewhat firm but the memory foam top makes it nice & comfy. It arrived on time and popped up into perfect shape as soon as we removed the vacuum sealed wrapper. I would recommend this mattress.

Disappointed, did not return to proper shape

The mattress did not restore it's shape properly and had lumps in it. I reached out to support and to their credit they gave me some tips to try to help it work itself out but after a week of not being able to sleep on it as I was waiting for it to fix itself, I gave up. Support has been trying to offer me a replacement mattress when I just want a refund now since I had to dispose of it myself and i purchased a mattress from a local shop. So far I've only been offered a 30% refund on the purchase and I am trying to get a full refund. Would not recommend this experience.

Not what I expected

While it is soft and comfortable, it is actually far softer than advertised. I feel like you sink into it and it's hard to get out of. Also, it does maintain temperature at all. It gets hot really fast

The BEST mattress we’ve had in a long time.

Super fast delivery and a great mattress so far. The price was an added bonus. The extra edge support to help keep a person from rolling off the side really works. What an excellent idea. It is a much better mattress than our old Serta at half the cost. We highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a mattress that helps relieve back pain.

Great comfort but bed has zero support on edges.

The bed is extremely comfortable. The only problem is the sides and corners of bed have zero support. So when you sit on edge of bed or corner you completely sink. The bed had its 72 hours of blowing up too! However, that is not the case while laying on it. Contemplated returning them. I bought three!! I am 5’3 and weigh 140 pounds.

Do not get this if you want a soft mattress

I had high hopes for this mattress because of the reviews, but it is unfortunately very firm and uncomfortable. I have been having horrible back and shoulder pain since we started using it.
