Outside cushion seems great/comfy and directions were easy to follow. Unsure if it will hold 100lbs continuously on-top. Item bottom has no support what so ever! I had put bedding and towels and it fell instantly! I have put large books under to fill the gap and to hold it up. I do not want to unbuild and return. Hood does not line up properly with the spring latch and needs to be heavily manipulated.
