I wanted a new jockstrap and tried both, this one and the sport stability pouch jock. I liked this one quite a bit, but the pouch support was probably closer to compression shorts than a traditional jock. Still really comfortable and keeps everything in place, but if you want both support and lift, I’d go with the Sport Stability pouch. If you want compression, this is for you. It’s great to actually have the option, so thanks to Jockey for understanding there is a difference and knowing guys might want that option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out this jockstrap and put it through a day of yardwork in the heat. I am 6’1 and weigh 165 lbs, I got a size large. I usually wear briefs, but have been in the market for something that provides more air circulation and makes my butt look good. This jockstrap has mesh material with holes in it, kinda like gym shorts, that I found very comfortable and breathable. Most jockstraps I’ve tried have leg loops that are too tight for my butt, but these fit well without being loose. The waistband has an attractive modern design, but I would prefer something more retro. I did a day of yardwork in the heat and they did a great job. I didn’t get that swampy feeling I get if I wear briefs while sweating a lot. The fit is sexy, while being comfortable for hard work. I recommend these to anyone and especially if you have had trouble finding jock straps that can be attractive and practical at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jock fits great. I typically will go with a cotton dominant fabric for my underwear, but the mesh keeps them very comfortable even for a synthetic fabric. The fit is very snug and supportive so this jock is great for excercise.

I don't wear jock straps often but decided to give this a try since there's no thong in this style and the ventilation looked appealing. I don't know if it's something about this jock strap or maybe jock straps in general, but this doesn't give near the same support underneath as thongs go. Jockey, please make a thong version of this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To give this pair a fair shake I wore them a couple of times, once on a work day to make sure they could keep up with my active job and once on a day off to see how they felt when lounging about. Overall their are some good points to it and some points for improvement. On the good points I think the waistband, straps, and the ventilation in the pouch were wonderful aspects about the underwear. They straps held in place while I was active and neither they nor the waistband were uncomfortable when I was active or relaxing at home. The ventilation was absolutely great for comfort and keeping things cool, especially when working. The negatives however have to do with the pouch itself. I just didn't find the size for them adequate or the material completely comfortable for my anatomy. The problem I sometimes run into with my small waist size is that the pouch unfortunately isn't always roomy enough for me to feel comfortable. Not the tightest, worst I've dealt with but I wish I had more room. This unfortunately is made slightly more unpleasant with the material which just was not as comfortable as other fabric materials I've worn before such as bamboo or some microfiber materials. Overall not a bad product, but like I said not perfect either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a really comfy jockstrap, the mesh pouch material feels nice to the touch and comfortable. The leg straps are fine, not too wide. The design looks good too, I really like the mesh aesthetic.

Wow Jockey really stepped it up with these. The ventilation and support is amazing. Running long distance with these is great since they’re so breathable and wick away moisture. Looking forward to more of this from Jockey!

The pouch is comfortable and less confining that the sport stability pouch jockstrap. In fact I elected to get a large because I preferred the large in the sport stability jockstrap but I might try a medium in the ventra cool air jockstrap as I wear a medium in most other Jockey underwear. The waist band and and the straps fit nicely and are extremely soft as well. The color options are great too. This Jockstrap seems like it will last a long time. If I had one complaint it's that where straps connect to the bottom of the pouch seems a little bulky and at times I notice it. Overall, it's a great Jockstrap and a slight upgrade from the stability pouch Jockstrap.

I love the breathable mesh, stay-put waistband and comfort of this underwear and really like the fun color options. This is in my top pick for daily wear especially with temperatures heating up for the summer.

These are great for working out and comfortable for every day wear. I do wish for a version where the pouch is single layered and hopefully that is something that will happen in the future

The materials are thick and will last a long time. No concerns for wear or longevity with this purchase.

User beware though, I know I have a sensitive tip and therefore mesh over a day’s use kind of irritates the tip a little bit, however, if that’s not a problem for you this is a fantastic jock strap for all sorts of physical activity to keep things cool.

It offers good support and is pretty comfortable for all day wear, I prefer it to briefs which can cause more crack sweat than is comfortable in the Texas heat. As comfortable as they are, I still prefer the Jockey thongs for all day wear and support, just because the single rear strap is felt less than the dual straps on the jock design.
