Works On The Things We Can't See
It makes my family feel better to take supplements. We can't see what is happening but we know we are doing everything we can to keep ourselves healthy. They are easy to swallow. They have no after taste. The price is great compared to other similar brands. It is a keeper.

Harsh Chemicals, read fhe ingredients
Reading and researching further into some of the ingredients it’s sad to see these vitamins I’ve been taking contain some of the most harmful chemicals (Tartrazine for one example). Can never trust One A Day again.

These are just what I needed as I don't always eat the vegetables and fruits that I need everyday unfortunately but these do help make up for the vitamins that I don't intake everyday. This is convenient to take when I am not able to. The packaging does feel secure. There isn't a undesirable taste while I drink it with water
