Overpowering scent
Overpowering scent. I smell like I've been rolled in baby power for 4 hours after I take a shower and make my eyes burn. Can't we just get something that doesn't have ridiculous perfumes???

New Formula is Awful
They've changed the formula for the worse. At first I thought it was just a fluke, but after purchasing several bottles from multiple retailers, this appears to be an intentional change. The new formula is watery, doesn't suds as well, and smells awful compared the product I've used faithfully for many years.

Why do you hate us?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for years even as a woman. And the new formula is terrible. I hate the consistency (less creamy) and I started getting an underarm rash for the first time ever. I thought I was crazy and bought from different stores before I finally realized they changed the formula.

Absolutely awful new smell
I have used this for many many years but the over the past few months I have had some bottles with a formula that smells awful. Given I have purchased these from different stores and the comments of a new formula it appears that Dove have intentionally made it this way. I have no idea why as the smell is awful and like a foul chemical smell. I have been using this for as long as I can remember but will not be able to buy it any more.

New Formula Is A Miss
Have been using clean comfort since I believe 2013 and the clean, sort of powdery scent has been a universal pleaser. Just opened a bottle purchased maybe a couple months ago and now see the viscosity and scent have changed. The new sent is very…warm…to put it nicely. This is not a clean scent at all and will not work in humid Florida summers. I will have to find another body wash, because this new scent is a huge miss.

I have used this for years. About every 3 months I get a new one. Picked one up yesterday and it's very watery and smells awful like a chemical. Why did you change this? This is the packaging that says sulfate free.

Disapointed
After over a decade of use I am going to stop. The most recent formula has a bad almost moldy smell. It is also more watery than prior versions. I bought three different bottles from two different stores and they are all the same. Hopefully this gets fixed, but for now I am looking for a different body wash.

As others have pointed out, this formula has changed in both scent and viscosity with the scent being the much bigger issue. Not only doe it no longer smells like the traditional clean comfort of years past, it doesn't smell good at all.

NEW FORMULA IS HORRIBLE!!!
WARNING: I have been using this product for close to a decade and I have seen it go through multiple formula changes. They have all been fine, but this last formula change is horrendous. Not only does it smell terrible, and nothing like the old formula, the body wash is now much more watery than before. Shame on whoever approved this formula change. You can tell which one is the new formula because the 30oz bottle says “sulfate free” on the top left corner. I won’t be buying this product again unless the product stops smelling like feet.

New formula sucks
Have used this soap for years, it was the only one I found that didn’t irritate my skin but still smelled good. My wife would even use it because she said it made her feel more clean than women’s soap. Now the formula has changed, it smells awful and dries my skin out. Shameful.

To creamy. Doesn’t make you feel clean. There’s no lather to it. Kinda of gross feeling.
