Well, we start with the best trees, from the best orchards in California, growing the best variety of olive — the mighty manzanilla. Then we add nothing but water and sea salt. No additives, preservatives, or artificial colors. Unlike traditional olives, these new Pearls are not treated with ferrous gluconate, preserving the olives’ natural brown-black color.   • A: We’re transitioning our Early California Ripe Olives to a clean label recipe without ferrous gluconate. The updated ingredients are simply olives, water, and sea salt. Since this change is in progress, you may have either the previous or new formula. The ingredient statement on the package always reflects what’s inside. Our favorite olives.

It sounds crazy but these olives taste delicious. They don’t taste like other canned olives at all. We can sit and eat the entire can by themselves. So good : )

Delicious olives, awful shipping

These are the best olives but are not available in stores in my state. I was so happy to find them that I ordered 12 cans. Unfortunately, out of the 12, 8 of the cans arrived with huge dents, so I am only guaranteed that 4 cans will be edible. I will find another place to order these olives.
