tasty hummus
I've had this hummus for a long time. It's great as a dip and everything about is just perfect.

Sabra Classic Hummus is the best store-bought hummus I have ever tried, and the only one I will buy now. Creamy, smooth, delicious flavor with no bitter aftertaste. I eat it almost every day as part of my lunch.

Mold right after buying it
I used to love sabra hummus but the last couple of times I’ve bought it it’s molded almost immediately, well before the expiration date. No idea what’s going on here but I’m never wasting my money on it again.

Unappetising, upf ingredients product
I tried Saba hummus (garlic and red pepper) for the first time a few days ago. At first I liked the creamy texture, but after a couple of days it turned slimy and unappetising looking in the tub which really put me off. I checked the ingredients and was horrified that it contains the following chemicals: acidity regulator (sodium carbonate); acid (citric acid): preservative (potassium sorbate). Plus, the four listed ingredients' percentage of the total only add up to 63.2% ( cooked chickpeas 47%, sesame seed paste 15%, dried garlic .9%, dehydrated red pepper .3%. So what makes up the remaining 36.8%? Water is mentioned as an ingredient so I think that that must make up most of the rest of the hummus, which would explain why it goes watery and slimy after a day or so. Hopefully it's not the chemicals.

One bite and in to the trash it went.
My wife and my mother have both loved this hummus more than any other brand. Until the recipe was changed. They refuse to purchase any more of any flavor because its to offensive to the palette. I've never in my life seen either of them toss a mostly unused, along with completely unopened, packages in the trash. Everyone is disappointed. :(

Would not buy again
I am a hummus aficionado and I agree with the negative reviews that this is the worst hummus ever. Maybe it’s the soybean oil? Not sure. It just tastes really sour and bitter.

Not good compared to Baba’s or even generic store brands— quality is lower and lacking authenticity

My favorite of all the packaged hummus I have tried. Pro tip: It tastes better at room temperature as opposed to right out of the fridge ice cold. Let it sit for a bit after taking out.

World's best hummus
Amazing flavor & quality. This is hands down my favorite hummus. Yummy with pita chips or with cucumber & tomato

Disappointing New Recipe
This used to be my favorite hummus but with the new recipe change it now tastes bitter and sour. It is really not palatable, I won't be purchasing it anymore. Please return to the original recipe!

Best Hummus!
I've been eating this hummus for years and, after trying others, I always come back to this one. It is just so delicious!

Micro-tastic!
This changed everything in my life. The hummus is perfect for a snack or dinner. Me and my kids love it so much! Me personally, I put mine in the microwave. Even my microwave was happy! Me, my kids, and my microwave, Gabriela, will enjoy this creamy masterpiece. I hope this product makes your heart jump with joy. Love, Maddie.

Recipe Has Changed, Unfortunately
Very disappointed with the Sabra Original Hummus. I stopped buying this product in recent years because of the many recalls. I had always preferred Sabra hummus for its smooth, creamy texture and delicious flavor. Imagine my surprise when I recently tried Sabra again and it was overwhelmingly bitter and sour...not at all what I remembered the taste to be! I won't be buying this product again.
