Best dark pretzels EVER!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these online because I cannot find them in any store in my city. I found these on a recent out of town trip and brought them home on the plane, babying them in my carryon luggage. I had to buy more when I got home, since my husband also loved them as much. Safe to say, I have enough for a couple months.

I have been waiting for a darker pretzel my whole life and am sooooo glad Utz is making these extra dark sourdough pretzels. I always picked through regular pretzel bags looking for ones cooked a little more or burned as they have so much more flavor and these special darks nail it. I like mine as dark as possible and even with these some bags aren’t as dark as I like and almost that of regular pretzels so the lots of bags can vary and I look for the darkest available!

They were just as good as I remembered. I had six bags shipped to Phoenix. Hope to see them in stores out here someday. Love them dipped in peanut butter or vanilla ice cream.

The extra dark pretzels are my family’s new favorite. They have a deeper flavor that makes regular pretzels taste bland. I wish more stores stocked them. I am having to order them to be shipped from Target.

Give it to Utz for making such a great tasting pretzel and one that no one else makes. The flavor when a pretzel is slightly burned is so much better than the standard no taste thin pretzel. These also go with with dips or cheese. The only problem is more stores need to include them in their Utz section - they can be hard to find, so I load up on several bags when I find them!
