Super good! Just add a bit of salt on the skillet. Love the skin on them so you can make it crunchy.

I have bought other salmon of this brand and never had a problem, this one was a different story. I know it doesn't say boneless on the bag but the amount I had to find and dig out was ridiculous and I would figure they would attempt to take some of them out. Also the portions are way smaller of that I found in other bags that were 16oz and so on. I honestly wouldn't get this and risk eating a bone and getting scammed on portions.

CONTAINS ROUNDWORMS
I opened up the package to find a filet full of roundworms. Thank goodness I noticed before eating it. This does indicate good quality control...

Great Taste and Texture on This Wild Caught Salmon
I've purchased this salmon three times because I love the taste and texture of this wild caught salmon. It's also a great value because you get three good-sized vacuum packed pieces. The only thing I wish I had noticed is that the red package has the skin on and the orange package is skinless. I'd prefer skinless but my dogs like when I get skin on because they get to eat the skin and it's good for their coat!

G&G wins for taste
I used to buy frozen salmon elsewhere for family members. One family member is EXCEPTIONALLY discerning regarding seafood, and dismissive of attempts to try other brands. Well, though I've not heard it directly (that would be an admission of being incorrect!), word is that the flavor of the Good and Gather fish fillets (in this case the Alaska Keta salmon) is excellent. I certainly have had it, and yes, G&G is an excellent frozen salmon. I stock up on G&G fish any time I know that the supply in the home freezer is being depleted. I pretty much buy the G&G frozen fish selections exclusively to all brands of frozen fish. I also love the patties, but that's for another review.....

Healthy, Tasty, and Affordable
I love this salmon! I typically purchase farm-raised, but I thought I'd try wild caught as this variety can have higher quantities of Omega 3s and overall a better nutrition profile. Some folks might say these taste a little "fishier" than farm raised, but it's literally fish, what do you expect?? These filets are quick to defrost, and the lemon dill salmon recipe on the back is great. I also use this salmon in curry dishes, pasta dishes, or just pan seared with a little Old Bay. Definitely a new staple to keep in my freezer for easy weeknight dinners!

Salmon filets
This works very well for me as a person cooking for one having individually wrapped filets. Easy to make in the oven.

Meh
Alright. Nothing special. I think the price is a bit high for what you get. Might buy again if they’re out of stock of what I usually get. Otherwise I’ll stick to other stuff

Aldis frozen salmon is better
Bones and scales in every filet. 2/6 filets were pale and had gone bad. Aldis frozen salmon almost never has bones (maybe once I’ve found it and have bought it for years) and has never had a pale/spoiled filet.

Had scales
Taste isn't bad. It's a lower fat salmon, so you have to be extra careful not to dry it out. However, several pieces weren't descaled. I've never had this issue with salmon from other brands.

bones
Didnt mind the taste, it was ok but I've had better frozen salmon at Target. It was the bones that disappointed me. Will not be buying again.

Dog salmon
Do not buy this salmon. It is also known as dog salmon or chum salmon. It does not taste good. Wish I had known before buying. Waste of money.

Very good thanks target!
Very good thanks target! This salmon is very good quality bad reviews are not cooking thawing properly Salmon needs to be defrosted prior to cooking they can be left in fridge to defrost then pat the salmon dry with towel start cooking in very hot pan to get crispy skin this method has worked for me wonderfully so I recommend. I like that is wild caught which means healthier than farmed which also means it doesn’t have additional colors or additives. I have recommended to family. Good quality taste and value

Cast away
For the price you would think there would be more in the package but no there's only 5 why do they give an uneven number of things?
