Reminds me of a black olive
Firm. Mild. Buttery. Exactly as described and quite delicious. These taste exactly like black olives, but if black olives were green. They are more expensive and the green ones have quite a few bruises on them. Great if you need that mild flavor in a green hue to add color to a recipe.

Not like your typical olives
I wanted to write this review so others would make sure they knew what they were getting. These are not like the olives in a jar which in my opinion have more of a kick to them, more tart if you will. I found they were much softer than your typical olive as well. I did notice quote of few of these in my can at least had brown spots/areas where it looked as though they had gone bad. Also they do not have pimentos if that matters to you. I bought these for a salad so I think they will work ok but I probably won’t buy again.

Nice if you like mild, firm olives
The label says they are mild with a buttery flavor, and those things are pretty much true, although the flavor is a little weak. The good news includes nice firm texture, and fairly low sodium content for olives.
