Please bring back the old formula!!!! This new formula is horrible. I don’t need another sticky lotion that never soaks in like CeraVe and Cetaphil. Lubriderm was the only one and now it’s ruined. Monumentally disappointing. If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.

New Formula with pro-ceramide is garbage!!!! Way to sticky, clumpy and smells like chemical. Irritates skin, clogs pores and flakes with residue. Bring back the original formula!!!! Listen to your long time customers because you will lose them.

Please bring back the old formula! I have used Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lotion for Normal to Dry Skin for decades. On my face, on my body. It was one of the few products that didn't cause rashes and break outs. The new product with shea butter is a big No Go for my skin. I would hate to abandon your products after so many years, but I'm afraid I will have to. Why, why, why tinker with things that aren't broken??

The new formula is terrible! Why "fix" something that isn't broken? I have use your lotion for years - if not decades - and it was wonderful. The + Pro-ceramide has ruined it. I returned the first one I bought because I thought I picked up the wrong bottle. Ordered online and got the same new formula - so so so disappointed. I cannot use it anymore, it feels different especially on the face and neck and the smell is different and unpleasant. I really wish you'd go back to the prior formula or make it available to buy. Like New Coke, I hope this new version goes away.

I have been using Normal-to-Dry Skin Fragrance-Free Lotion (and its prior products) for over 20 years. The replacement, All Skin Types Fragrance-Free Lotion, is way too thick and "smells" not as fragrance-free as Normal-to-Dry Skin Lotion. Also, the replacement does not pump out as easily as it used to be; likely because it is thicker. I am very disappointed. The management people - please do not fool yourselves by the incentivized five-star reviews and listen to honest real reviews.

The original Lubriderm that everybody used for years and loved in the blue and white bottle has been discontinued. There simply wasn't anything better. It was light, it went on and absorbed easily, and it was hardly noticeable afterwards other than the hands and body didn't feel dry any longer. As for this new product, they kept the same look of the original bottle, with blue lettering on white, but without really making it obvious, they substituted a new formula with largely different ingredients. It now says "for all skin types" vs "normal to dry skin". The new formula is a very poor substitute for the old "normal to dry". This stuff goes through a somewhat sticky period after rubbing it into my hands. Sometimes, if you keep rubbing it into your hands, it rubs off in micro peels and micro residue. Hard to explain, but it almost feels like you're rubbing off a thin film that comes off as you do so. Finally, it doesn't seem to moisturize as well as the original product. So please write the company, pointing out their error, and encourage them to bring back to the OLD VERSION. That, or encourage them to make an original formula version as well, and market it as "THE ORIGINAL".

I don't understand why they have changed the original unscented fragrance-free normal to dry skin formula?? They have added a highly allergenic ingredient, shea butter, and now those of us with sensitive skin are up a creek without a paddle, nervous to try new things and out of luck with a product that worked perfectly well. Extremely disappointing. Now forced to find a new brand. Very unhappy, previously loyal, customer.

I hate the sticky feeling. My hands turn red and go numb with the added Pro Ceramide. It was so much nicer before you ruined the lotion. Now I am seeking another lotion without added toxins.

I've used the Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lotion for about 3 years and before you changed the formula it was great and now it has Shea Butter and its thicker and greasier, and I hate it. My whole point of using Lubriderm was that it was light, non-greasy and could be used for sensitive skin, now that you have changed the formula, it does not feel like the old formula and it's to greasy and think at all. Please bring back the old formula for the daily moisture for all skin types, it much better than the new formula by for.

I've been using Lubriderm since it was made available to public, like in the 70s. I love that it lubricates without being greasy. It is the only thing i put on my body after shower. I've been working in Hong Kong for over 25++ years. Each time I go home to Toronto, I stock up! I didn't even realize the formula was changed, until my body started breaking out in rashes. Little red dots covered my entire body. I didn't know what it was and the only thing that changed was the Lubriderm. I stopped using the new bottle and the red rashes disappeared. I am suddened that i can no longer use Lubriderm. I actually bought 6 bottles when i was last in Toronto. Is there anyway you can bring back the original formula?

My skin does not feel as itchy and irritated as before. This also helps to soothe my husband's skin when having flare ups.

I wanted to love it, but didn't! I've never had a lotion leave little gel like pilling all over where I used the lotion. Even on my hands. They even got on my car steering wheel. I will not be purchasing this product again!

It has kept my skin moisturized through the winter. It is a nice texture. It's not too heavy or greasy. It is a pump bottle which is convenient. I like that it was unscented. This is a great every day moisturizer.
