Fabric not as described
Love the design of this ottoman, but the fabric is not cream-colored velvet as described - it’s a cream speckled linen, which is not what I was expecting - returned it.

disappointed
The pillow top was sewn on crookedly and it does not sit square on top of the ottoman. One of the legs will not screw in straight. I have it sitting under a table, so it is not very visible. Otherwise, I would be returning. The fabric is soft, and the ottomon is a good size.

Great value poor quality
I would be ashamed to have my name sporting this ottoman. Very pretty design but poor results. Fabric thin, cheap and it’s the only thing holding the ottoman together. I won’t be purchasing Christopher Knight’s products in the future.

Dont buy
Not a sturdy ottoman even for use just as a footstool. One leg splintered after not using it for very long.

Not a great sturdy stool If you want asthetics this is the one for you.
The legs are not level. Wobbly. Extra levels are included but it still wobbles. Looks decent. It is mostly for looks at my house. It does that okay. I’m sure there are better stools out there.

Don’t waste your time
I ordered the off white color ottoman. I am not sure what I expected for under $90.00 but surely hoped for better quality than what I received! This ottoman is Cheap, Cheap, Cheap!!! There is not one positive thing that I can say about it. It’s going back ASAP!

I do like this ottoman...not love. It is not as sturdy as my last one...and while the pillow top feature is pretty, its not exactly sturdy. For the price I paid it will definitely do the job, but I wouldn't recommend spending a whole lot of money on it.

Looks flimsy but is not
The original price for this is $105 and I was able to get it during a promotion for a lot less. I'm glad I did. After I assembled it I sat on it and it was comfortable but I didn't know if it was meant for sitting or just to hold a tray. I guess I bought it before reading the description when I saw it was on sale. It can hold up to 25 pounds so whew, not that I'm anywhere close to that but now at least I don't have to worry about my guests injuring themselves. The style is perfect for what I wanted it to do. It looks like it catches every lint particle so you have to brush it to keep it lint free. I sprayed it with scotch guard as the fabric is too white. Over-all it's a great ottoman, I do wish that the fabric was better quality.

Tufted Ottoman
I purchased this ottoman on slae as a piece to go into my daughter's nursery. I received it quickly, intact, and with easy instructions for assembly. I feel that it is the perfect addition to the room were using it for and and am pleasantly surprised with the excellent quality given that I ordered this product having never seen it in person. The piece is identical in person to the pictures and is soft and functional. The only thing I changed about it was the color of the legs. I painted them white to match her white furniture, including the Eddie Bauer Hayworth crib in white we bought for her. Overall, very pleased with this purchase and would recommend! However, I do feel the item is way too pricey and am extremely relieved that I was able to purchase it at such a discounted price. I could never justify to myself spend $100 on this item.

Classy Little Ottoman
Very pleased with this ottoman. I needed something to make it easier for my cat to get on the bed but wanted something with good design not a ramp. It is very soft. It would be perfect to put in front of a chair to rest your feet on. Because of the true cream color I sprayed mine with Scotchgard. Legs just screw on. Got it on sale for half price.

Ottoman is light so easy to move around, all you need to do is screw the legs in and your done. I took one star away since some of the buttons are loose. I pull them up and twisted until tight which help.
