He said they were so good and was asking me when I could buy some more. He said the taste was really good and tasted homemade and we love the convenience of just popping them into the microwave. I was pleasantly surprised with the texture of a frozen pancake! It did seem light and fluffy. I loved that the outside got crunchy and the inside stayed fluffy. I also was worried about the choc chips leaving a mess in my toaster, but that didn’t happen. They were also easy to cut up for my kids and they loved having a treat in the morning!!! I felt like I could taste vanilla in them with the chocolate, which was a pleasant surprise!
