I took a chance after reading a lot of reviews, and I’m not disappointed! These were a nice fluffy muffin. Good flavor and the canned berries were a nice addition in place of the dried ones. I added a cup of fresh blueberries I had on hand and it was perfect. My only complaint is they are a bit sweet for a muffin, they’re more sweet like cupcakes but still good! If the company would cut back by 1/3 on the sugar they’d be perfect.
Delicious!

They have a very strong blueberry flavor which I like. I've tried Betty crocker before but these are more flavorful.

Not the best muffin you’ve ever had, but they’re so simple and great for box homemade. Best tip is to sub milk for water, butter for oil, and add an extra egg.

Oh my word, are these ever delicious. Simply Mornings was my fav until I tried these. I did add a few frozen blueberries to the tops. Absolutely moist, percfect cake- crumb & pure deliciousness. Difficult to stop eating them all. Super easy to prepare, the only hard part was smelling them while waiting to have one. Actually prefer these to my homemade recipe. Love & will repurchase, intend to try the cranberry now too.

These are quick and simple. I used peanut oil instead of canola and milk instead of water and after draining and rinsing the blueberries well I threw them on top of the loaf muffins instead of into mix. I sprinkled sugar over top right before baking. They came out beautiful

My gf and daughter like to omit the “rinsing” step before adding the blueberries and make them into purple-tinted zombie muffins. Today I added 10 drops of yellow food coloring and turned them green. With some butter, brown sugar, and flour topping on them, they look pretty scary, but taste awesome.

... Make sure to follow the mixing instructions exactly; I added things to the bowl in the wrong order this time and the resulting loaf of bread came out not so great. Prior to this, though, no complaints at all! Nice browned top is a good balance to the soft, sweet, moist bread underneath. I do use peanut oil instead of the horrid vegetable oil it calls for. Excellent served warm with Kerrygold Irish butter!
The best!!

This is by far the best muffin mix (a tie with their cranberry/orange)! The crumb is tight but soft (don’t over mix!), and our kids love adding in the berries. We can’t usually find it locally so love Target’s fast shipping!

These muffins are delicious but what used to make them stand out was the crumb topping. Just bought a box and it no longer includes the topping. What gives?

I was craving blueberry muffins for a few days and decided to cave and make these muffins. It's perfectly sweet, moist, and fluffy. I added a little bit of white sanding sugar to the top of each muffin and baked them in a large muffin pan (coffee shop style). They are the best muffins I've had in a long time. Some places put too much sugar in it and sweeten the blueberries in a sticky syrup. These were the right amount of sugar and tartness. I need to make more!

Used a 9" x 5" loaf pan. Added extra dried blueberries and pecans. I didn't know if the dried blueberries would be a problem, but they weren't, they absorbed moisture from the mix. I bake at 350 for 52 minutes. I checked with a toothpick and added 5 more minutes, so 58 minutes total. It came out great and the first slice was so delicious.

I made these muffins with very large fresh blueberries that were very sweet. RI brought 6 over to my neighbor and after one bite he asked me for my recipe. He said he had never had a muffin this wonderful in his 73 yrs on this earth. I had to break the news to him that they came straight from a box mix. He was shocked that they were that good. I have always replaced the tiny wild blueberries in the can with my own fresh berries. It makes all the difference!
