These are the best gluten free pancakes, by far. This might be my favorite mix, gluten free or not! They don’t have that grainy rice flour feel to them that puts me off a lot of other GF mixes. They’re on the sweet side for sure but I like them with a little butter and cut fruit instead of syrup. I like the Ube flavor one as well but my kid doesn’t like the purple color, go figure.

This is sooo delicious! My daughter loves Hello Kitty and she makes these every day.

I love this, it was easy to make and came out beautiful, but careful not to have the heat too high !

I made waffles with this mix and they came out pretty good. The only complaint was that the instructions called for 1/2 cup of milk for the entire bag and I kept adding since the mix was so thick. Not sure how much more, just kept adding and mixing. You will know when to stop adding milk. The ube flavor it not very strong, they smell amazing. I feel these are great as a special treat.

alter the cooking instructions. let sit for 10 minutes, the bag says only 4. cook low heat and cover. they fluff up pretty thick compared to American pancakes. with more adjustments you could get that chewy mochi texture or crazy fluffy cloud pancakes.

It tastes a little better than a regular pancake mix, but the texture is no different.

This mix is so tasty! I love the unique texture and Ube flavor. Love that it is so easy to prepare too! Highly recommend!

Love this product, when I seen this advertised I said let give this a try, I must say I really enjoy this mix. It’s so fluffy and sweet I don’t need syrup for it! I cook these in my hello kitty waffle maker, however when it comes to the ingredients I put more milk and use unsalted butter. They always come out great I will definitely be purchasing more of this mix, better than regular pancake mix in my opinion. As a Hello Kitty Girlie I approve 🩷

Buy this pancake mix! It’s delicious and has the best mochi texture. A little pricey for pancake mix but still would buy again (and have). #heybullseye recommend this!

It was so thick I thought I made it wrong, but added a little extra milk to help and they turned out great! Really liked them!

Love and would definitely recommend this pancake mix. I live at elevation and did have to up the heat a little. For me, they spread and deflated at low heat. No problem. I also did probably 3 min on each side instead of 2. Other than that, I followed the recipe. Next time, I'll try whipping my egg whites to get them even fluffier. The flavor is very cake-like. Nutty, super buttery, and sweet. To address the reviews saying it's salty: Use unsalted butter. I always unsalted butter with baking, unless the recipe specifically calls for it to be salted.

It’s to sweet for me but if u like sweet pancakes it’s for you. It’s not gonna look like regular pancake mix. It’s more thicker so the pancakes can get more fluffy. The more fluffy the less sweeter it was. The consistency is very nice. Just to sweet for me

What on earth kind of crazy pancake mix was that? I had to add milk bcuz the batter was so thick & difficult to mix, i stopped being able to whisk easily after only 1/2 the pkg was added, the directions need improvising. But I did figure out a small hack for those who dare to try this expensive mix. It’s too thick to plop on the pan like a normal pancake & it’s super sticky so if you swirl a big spoonful or take whatever size & push it onto the pan then wait like 20 seconds then you can easily flip it & then take your spatula & squish it down to the thickness of your liking. Otherwise the mix will stick to the spatula & not make a nice pancake. Taste wise, The pancakes are just ok, nothing special. It almost reminds me of the random ingredients my sister & I used to throw into a bowl when we were kids & then bake or fry in hopes it came out tasty lol if you want purple pancakes buy regular mix & add food coloring. I just finished making these for 5 kids ages 7-15 & they all were confused by the taste, the consistency of the pancakes were mostly fluffy but not flavorful with only a hint of Ube. Just to add, my family loves Ube ice cream & blended drinks so the taste is not new to them.

Beautiful ube flavor, delightfully sweet, absolutely no syrup necessary. Great chewy texture in either pancake or waffles. Waffles with a crispy outside and delicious, soft, chewy inside. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Pair with salty sausage or bacon for breakfast to intensify the delightful sweetness, or make a batch and store them in the fridge to grab one on your way out the door, again, no syrup required!

Great mochi chew and texture. Only issue is that they can’t be slightly overcooked so have to be closely monitored.

I really enjoyed these! I used oil to cook them and they came out perfectly.

Love the texture and flavor! 😋 if you don't wish them to be salty, don't use salted butter, but I used salted butter which I think paired well with the sweetness. I had to add more milk than directed, but they came out perfect and tasty!
