    Moist on the outside - Dry on the inside

    I bought this online a month ago. It was so easy to make! The recipe suggested a bake time of 12 to 15 minutes. I baked it for 13 minutes. It looked moist on the outside, but actually was quite dry to eat. Perhaps I baked it one minute too long. The flavor was delicious and I love that it’s packed with protein. I will definitely try it again, but I won’t bake it as long.

    Great swap

    To me these taste just like cupcakes that are a little less moist / it is a great alternative to eating store bought cupcake or muffin with no nutrition at all. However . I wish the calories were less. We made 10 muffins which ranges each to about 250 cal, and let’s be real; who is just eating one.

    THESE ARE DELICIOUS! So moist and no weird protein taste. I added the mix with 1 fairlie elite chocolate shake plus with 1 vanilla oikos pro and then baked…. Soooooo good!

    Great *if* you get creative with how you make them and add mashed bananas and/ or chocolate chips or pumpkin purée or chocolate milk. If you follow the exact recipe on the box, it’s like a sad dry “chocolate” health muffin.

    Yes for me

    I listened to the reviews that said it was too dry and no flavor. So, I added 1 banana and a teaspoon of vanilla. It made 12 muffins but I filled them to the top and I baked for 15 minutes. These are so perfect, moist, and delicious! I’m in love and I’m not sharing!

    Incorrect bake time/temp

    I bought this mix a few days ago, and I made the banana bread recipe. Unfortunately, the directions on the back of the box are incorrect. The entire middle of the loaf was uncooked and fell out of the bread when I flipped it over. I did 37 minutes for cook time and the whole center was raw! I will say the flavor of the cooked parts was incredible especially for a high protein treat. But I was unsatisfied with the directions on the box. Please, fix the instructions so others don’t have to go through the same things!

    I really want to like these but they are SO DENSE. The muffin power cups are so light and fluffy but the muffin mix is just not as good.

    Omg these are DELICIOUS!!! I did not make them according to package instructions; instead I only used the mix and 2 cups of Fairlife chocolate milk. I also sprinkled a few mini chocolate chips on top. Totally addictive, incredibly easy, and tastes like a rich chocolate dessert! So happy I found these!
