    Armrest broke with standard everyday use

    We’ve had this chair for almost three years. It has been comfortable and was easy to assemble. However, I cannot recommend it whatsoever. A few weeks ago the entire right armrest broke off underneath the seat where the bolts are. The plastic is either of poor quality or had a defect. Due to it being outside the warranty period, we had to replace it with different chair. This chair is not designed to last, so save your money and look at a different one.

    amazing chair

    So easy to assemble and instructions made everything very clear. So nice and perfect for at home learning/working for parents or students ( I myself am a student ). Ascends and descends at the perfect height and is very comfortable. It does have a bit of a chemical smell when you first open it but that was expected. Also came 6 days earlier than expected.

    Perfect for a table desk

    Order and it came a day early. Put it together in a very short time and only needed a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the ten screws. It’s the perfect size and the table that I use for a desk. Needed it quickly as an educator that had to get online in two days time when our schools were shut quickly for at least six weeks. Super happy and grateful.

    This chair is absolutely great! The cushions of this chair is extremely comfortable and easy to move around in. I really enjoy the arm rests because it's not too narrow or too wide, it's just right. I also like how the color complements the gray walls of my office. It's also very hard to get this chair stained as well.

    Gas lift doesn't work

    This chair is attractive, comfortable, and easy to put together. However, I bought it because my old chair would no longer allow for adjusting the height of the seat. The height lever on this chair does not contact the button on the gas lift. Thus, it will not adjust. I have called the 800 number for customer service and left a message almost a week ago. No one has responded. I have also sent an email as directed by their website, and no one has responded. I plan to return the chair.
