They are smaller than in the past....shorter....JUNK NOW
Hanes has made these SMALLER over all than the last 5 or 6 packs of them that I have purchased. I have purchased these about 5 0r 6 times in the past from here (Target) and the W-mart. All were fairly good in fit and duration. This purchase, 12-2025, arrived. I started wearing them after throwing out the old ones. About half way through the day I kept having the felling of the socks slipping down and off my ankle then heel. I just thought that my slight case of edema on 1 foot was the cause. But it was every day and every sock. I did have 2 pair of the last order left in my drawer. I placed 1 sock from the older order next to 1 from this newest order and found that the new socks are LITERALLY about 1/2 to 3/4 inch shorter in overall length than the ones in previous orders. That may not sound like a big deal but, when they are a low rise / ankle type sock, that difference is HUGE. Not a problem that is Target's fault as they are only supplying a product from Hanes that came to them in sealed packages. I guess one word to say about them now would be JUNK! Do not waste your time and money.
