first of all this mirror is gorgeous I love love it! unfortunately I did not buy the insurance and the mirror cracked on its own after owning it less than a year. likely due to the wooden frame expanding or shrinking with humidity changes but the design is flawed because of this. so upset I'm now out $300+ after owning it less than a year and I need to buy a whole new mirror
