Description

These authentic rice noodles are essential to Thai cooking. Prepare them with chicken, beef, seafood or vegetables. For extra flavor combine with your favorite Thai sauce. Enjoy! In Soups and Stews, use leftover noodles in your favorite soups and stews. Just add prior to serving. Warm through. Enjoy!Directions:Stir-Fry or Saute9:1. Pour noodles into a bowl. 2. Cover with very hot tap water. Stir to separate. Soak noodles for 25-30 minutes. Do not over soak. 3. Drain noodles and cut into 5-6" pieces. 4. Stir-fry noodles with your favorite ingredients until firm yet tender (al dente) and heated through, about 4-6 minutes. Enjoy! As Pasta:1. Add noodles to 4 quarts salted boiling water. Stir to separate, boil until tender yet still firm (al dente), about 4-6 minutes. 2. Immediately drain cooked noodles. Quickly rinse under cold water and drain again. 3. Add your favorite sauce. Serve immediately.

  • A: These are VERY VERY THIN RICE NOODLES. They are in the package in 2 bundles. Each bundle has them rolled. I cut 1 bundle into 3 bundles so we do not have to cut noodles once they are ready to eat. I made the most delicious HOMEMADE CHICKEN NOODLE soup using these !! These are perfect for anyone who does not like "regular noodles" like me. Also...these are GLUTEN FREE...no wheat in these !! You really do not have to cook these either !! I take my hot chicken broth & literally break up the noodles & put in the pot when stove is shut off. Let them sit a few minutes...then they are done !! They are great with just butter too if you like buttered noodles. They suck up the flavor of whatever you put them !! Love these !! 2nd order of these in 2 weeks !!

Very good, not soggy!

I was nervous to try this brand after seeing a review say they are soggy, but mine turned out great! Here's how I cook this kind of noodle: Boil a pot of water and cook the noodles in it only until they are soft enough to easy move around. (Probably just a couple minutes.) Then I drain them in a strainer and rinse them a couple times in cold water. I sometimes soak them in cold water after as I prefer them more fluffy, but this time what I did was just leave them in the strainer and prepare the rest of my soup before adding them in to warm and eat.

YUCKY MUSH

I have been buying these noodles for a few years now and they were great for making ramen with, but the last few I have gotten are bad now! They literally disintegrate and turn to mush, but they didn't used to do that. These things are expensive, too! The last couple of times I tried them they had been purchased many weeks apart, so it wasn't just one particular batch, something has changed. Major bummer! :o(

Fast and easy gluten/free noodles.

I like that these noodles can be soaked in hot water for 15 minutes, then drained and added to a sauce or whatever is being prepared instead of having to boil them.
