A: No. of sheets per roll is meaningless if the sheet size is unknown. To calculate the most ecomonical you need the total price and total sq ft. What do they care if we want to buy the mose economical?
A: I look at the square footage on the packaging and divide the price by that. Square footage is independent of the sheet count or sheet size. Those latter two metrics are marketing BS.

A: The packing shows 135 sheets per roll and there are 8 rolls. So 135 x 8 = 1,080 sheets and if you divide Price/1,080, you will find that each sheet is $0.02. ($22.19 / 1,080 = $0.02)
A: Bounty deliberately obfuscates this by omitting square footage per roll and using metric system instead—in French, no less! (But careful reading will show you that Viva gives the better deal.)

A: I believe they are....if I'm sure of your question. The ones I purchased were tore down to a square...so like you said a half of a half!

A: wait a minute. Your double rolls have 138 sheets per roll and your triple rolls have 135 sheets per roll? The math ain't mathing when you say "6rolls = 18rolls". I can see I'm going to look in person.
A: I email Bounty Paper Towel Company stores & websites have different numbers of sheets & asked how many sheets are on a Triple Roll. They said a Triple Select-A-Size is 147 sheets & 96 sheets for Full
A: 8 Double Rolls Select-a-Size equals 20 Regular Rolls. Our double rolls have 138 sheets per roll, which is 83 sheets more than our Regular rolls - 55 sheets per roll. Hope this helps.
A: If it gives you a price of say 2.53/100ct (example), just move the decimal point to the left twice and that's your price per sheet. They used to show you price per sheet but no longer do that.

A: Even if you figure out which pkg is most economical, the next time, it changes. They don't even have the same sq ft per pkg at different stores, making it difficult to comparison shop.
A: Unit pricing would help compare sizes for real value. Bounty has an obligation to make it easier to understand the price (and value) of its products. Instead, it seems to intentionally want to confuse the comparable prices. I agree with other writers that we are already Bounty fans - please don't play this game. Please use unit pricing!
A: We ALL agree with you annoyed bounty customer. Don’t let Bounty gaslight you with the old “preferences vary from person to person” BS. They use superfluous language very intentionally. To be honest, it makes no sense because the product is great. We’re already loyal consumers. You don’t have to intentionally confuse customers.
