Pretty, doesn't function as well as expected.
Looks exactly like it does online, which is good. The drawers are deeper than expected which is also good. However I gave only 3 stars because there is NO handle to move the sliding part of the door and worse... it doesn't slide smoothly. It catches repeatedly over and over and you need 2 hands to try and maneuver it open. I was told it'd get better over time but I don't know how long I'm going to have to wait. Overall, it's really, really pretty. Height is good. Just really disappointed in all the finger wounds I have now from trying to open it.

I am disappointed with my dresser because the door is broken and doesn’t work properly. The quality of your furniture has definitely declined over the years, so disappointed and I will not be buying anymore furniture from you in the future. And I have purchased a lot of furniture from your company, including spending 10 grand on a bedroom set.

Bulky
Bulky and a waste of space. The chest is 19in in depth but the shelf is only about 13in! The whole thing looks very bulky and I wish Ashley could design it to be around 15-17in in depth with 13in deep shelves. I don’t know what should I do with this item.

Love the looks!
Love the style. Unfortunately, it is not high quality. The sliding door gives me grief at times. If I were handy, I suppose I could fix it. I am absolutely keeping it as I really do love how it looks. Maybe one day I will have someone help me with the sliding door. It holds a lot and is perfect size for my space. Love the piece. I’m actually using it in my living room as an accent piece. Open side with shelves & putting decor there & using the covered drawers for storage for blankets and such. I just wish it was better quality materials. It’s not awful but Unfortunately furniture just instant made like it was 20-30 years ago.

This product was nearly perfect. I love the look, the sturdiness, how it is built…. However, the door is slightly crooked making it not slide smoothly. But all in all it is exactly what I was hoping for!!!
