NEED REFUND
The packages received the afternoon of 2/5/2026. There were two (2) boxes of damaged merchandise. In box number one (1) the boxes of puff tissues were damaged and unusable. The tissues were well soaked with enough liquid, the plastic package use for transportation, was of no use. Totally soaked as if dunked in water. The second box had the scent of alcohol. The reason, the tops were not on the bottles of alcohol ordered. Highly disappointed. This portion of the order should be fully REFUNDED. A mention of credit to or for the purchase, is absolutely intolerable for.

I am no longer a fan
The puffs ultra cubes have been my go-to for years. Lately to start a box you pull out a torn tissue, and sometimes more than one. Throughout the box you pull one out, then they are no longer connected, so you need to go deep into the box to pull out remaining tissues. At the end of the box four or five tissues come out at once. It is a pain in the neck. I am switching tissues.

Generally a great tissue
Puffs are stronger than the cheaper brands. They hold up well. But why are the last few tissues in every box folded in half? It's annoying.

Favorite tissues
I love this tissue. It is so soft even when I’ve had a cold and had to wipe my nose a ton. This is also my favorite tissue box design ever. It looks so nice on my nightstand. The tissue is soft and not loud and crunchy at all. The box lasts a while and holds up through using it.

Whatever is going around has hit my household. Thank goodness for Puffs Ulta Soft tissues. They strong enough and gentle enough to handle someone with a bad cold. Lol. My go to tissues. I also like this shape. It doesn't take up a lot of space in my bathroom.

Soft and strong for sure
I love the quality of Puffs tissues. They are nice and thick as well as soft. l do not have trouble with them tearing during use. We have used them though many sick seasons over the year. I love the way these open to be able to sit them on the second shelf of our side table and reach them and they not stick up from the top of the box. At the same time, there have been many wasted tissues in out house because the kiddo likes to grab a handful at a time. I will deal with that though because it does not create the dust like ones that open at time.
