What happened?

I always buy Puffs, but lately very disappointed. Halfway down the box, the kleenex need to be restarted because it won't pop up. Annoying to say the least.

Not as good
Usually use the + lotion version and really like them. Even with how soft they are I still had an irritated nose when using while sick so I thought getting the ultra soft would be the way to go. These are actually less soft than the lotion version and seem less durable. Will be switching back for sure.

Missing your 3 ply
Please bring back your 3 ply ultra tissues! If we accidentally washed 1 in a pocket it would still come out of the washing machine cleaned AND in 1 piece, not all shredded like any other tissue….pleeeease!
