Puffs used to be my go-to brand. The tissues were the softest and most comfortable. Whatever they have done to the formula in the past couple of years has ruined them. They are scratchy - the ‘ultra soft’ and the ones with lotion as well. I’m sure it was due to cost cutting, but I will only buy Kleenex now.

They are supposedly unscented non-lotion but smell like Vicks or eucalyptus and I cannot use any of this 4 pack. So disappointed!!

Very disappointed:( purchased 4 boxes of puffs plus lotion standard size box and the tissues are folded in such a way that the next tissue doesn’t pop up making them practically impossible to get out. I thought it was a fluke box but they are this way. Cant use them :(

When all goes perfectly, your next tissue should pull up correctly, and only one Puffs Tissue should come out at a time, with it also lifting another one with it. I have used Puffs for many many years. I have seen many changes, but in the last year or so, it's like they are not the same product. They rip when you try to remove them from the box, they are not as soft or as thick as they used to be. It's like I'm just buying the name not a product, and if I want to save some money, I can always buy cheaper brands, and have about the same product as I am now getting with Puffs.

I bought a huge package of these at my local warehouse store and will never purchase again. They do not dispense correctly. They constantly tear when trying to extract one from the box and then the next one doesn’t pop up correctly.

I love Puffs! They have to.softest tissues. I have seasonal allergies and so does everyone in my family, so we go through a lot of tissues. I love these ultra soft non lotiok tissues. They're not harsh on your nose at all. I can use 20 tossies a day and my nose won't be red or irritated from wiping and blowing my nose all day long. It's like rubbing a cloud on your nose, they're that soft!

I love puffs I went back to the generic kleenexes for a while and my nose was raw and red so I went back to puffs my nose is so soft and no redness I love these

We are Puff users for over 20 years and have been happy with the product until now. When pulling puff out of box it separates the 2-ply or tears in half. The quality does not seem as durable as before. Kleenex brand is starting to look better. Sorry Puffs but you need to correct the problem in the small square box package.
