Pretty but all pieces are scratched

It’s a pretty set but all pieces came with deep scratches that show through the silver metal under the paint. I contacted customer service about one chair in particular that was far worse than the other pieces. At first they wouldn’t replace it. When they did the replacement was also scratched- this one on the arm of the chair right where ones hand sits. Very annoying - I will not buy this brand again!
