Love this in stir fry!
I have a long list of food sensitivies/allergies, so when another brand of Thai Peanut sauce was discontinued a few years ago, it took awhile to find a replacement that was (a) safe for me, and (b) taste-approved by my family. I think they have batch issues with this sauce because I've bought this like 5 times and it's been a thick peanut-butter like simmer sauce with a medium heat. This time I bought it, I thought it was contaminated because it was extremely thin and watery, way spicier, and nothing like what I've had before. I had an old bottle in the fridge and all the ingredients and nutrition facts are the same so I know they didn't change the formulation. I wouldn't buy this because they don't seem to have great product control.

We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this sauce!! It is as authentic as you can get at a store like Target. I mix it up with soy sauce and some lemon and crushed up peanuts. Chefs kiss! Please don’t ever get rid of this. It is so versatile. I’ve used it in dishes with meats like chicken/shrimp and beef. For dipping sauce for spring rolls. My family loves it! And for the price and amount of sauce—you can’t beat it! YUM!!!!

Loved this for years! This Thai Peanut Sauce is a wonderful mix of sweet and spicy, perfect as a dipping sauce or on chicken and vegetables! If you can't handle the spice level as-is or just want to tweak it a little--it's easy to mix in other ingredients to adjust the taste. We like adding a little peanut butter, a splash of rice vinegar, a dollop of hoisin sauce, a splash of soy, tiny bit of honey. Top it off with crushed peanuts and a dollop of chili crunch sauce like the Thai restaurants do. Delicious on a rice or noodle dish or as a dipping sauce for egg rolls, spring rolls, tofu, chicken, etc! Can even add coconut cream or coconut milk for a curry-type dish. Hope they never stop making it! (Don't let the negative reviews keep you from trying it! It says "Thai" and "Medium" right there on the bottle!)

I don't understand all the terrible reviews about this sauce being too spicy, it's a Thai sauce, and it says directly on the bottle "medium heat" - it's both sweet and spicy the way it's supposed to be. It has a nice balance but if you don't like spicy don't eat Thai food or purchase Thai products expecting a different outcome.

It has carageenan, so I got sick. Please make this without carageenan p please?
Carrageenan can become toxic when it degrades in the digestive system and mixes with stomach acid. Degraded carrageenan is considered "possibly carcinogenic in humans" by the International Agency for Research on Cancer. It gives me the WORST headaches. I make my own Peanut Sauce for my delicious cold noodle dish, and hoped this could save me time. Perhaps one day the ingredients here may change...
