A: Hello, the headboard can work with a twin adjustable bed as long as the bed frame fits within the width of the headboard. The headboard has slots that allow a bed frame to hook on.

Q: Is the Espresso color a dark brown? The photo makes it look black. Between espresso and walnut -which would match dark brown dresser better?
