like other reviewers mentioned, there's a gritty odd taste. I've also tried cold rinsing the rotini 3x, then 1x when it fully cooked. i'll stick to Barilla's gluten free.

Great GF pasta!
This is a really great gluten-free pasta. It’s delicious and it holds up well to cooking and even storing and eating the next day. Most gluten-free pastas disintegrate, but this one is fantastic. I just wish my local Target carried it.

Wow, what a surprise!
I was the type to roll my eyes at people who ate "gluten free" products all my adult life. As a life-long pasta lover who indulged in lots of cream and Rosé sauce pastas, once I reached my late-30s, I suddenly couldn't digest pasta quickly the way I did before age 35. Now when I eat regular pasta, I stay bloated for 2 whole days and I get stomach upset with VERY slow digestion for just as long, not being able to eat anything else. I decided to try gluten-free pasta to help me determine if gluten could be the source of my new-found issues. So, I ordered one box this gluten free pasta. It did the trick! G&G's Rotini gluten-free pasta tastes great, doesn't cause me inflammation or stomach upset! I like it so much, I'm replacing my conventional pasta with this.

Strange texture
I guess it’s just me, but I found the texture to be a bit strange. Instead of having that normal “bounce” texture that normal pasta has, this one is sort of gritty. Every bite, the pasta noodles would just break apart so easily.
