It's Pretty Good
I have to eat this due to allergies, rather than by choice. And I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The sauce is not as good as another brand that I've tried, but these noodles were a lot better. Overall, the whole taste and texture is pretty good. The only negative, which is slight, is a little strange aftertaste from the "noodles."

Middle of rhe road vegan mac and cheese
Not horrible. The sauce flavor is good. I used vegan butter and cashew milk to mix into it but the shells are soooo small they almost disintegrate if you cook them for one minute too long.

This is the best non-dairy Mac and cheese of all time. Being allergic to dairy, I was never able to have Mac and cheese. I've tried a bunch of vegan ones, and this is the holy grail. I am obsessed with this Mac and cheese, and it has single-handedly converted me to the food.

I will never buy again…. But if you’re desperate for Mac n cheese it will do. It does taste like cardboard tho. I always add sriracha and even that didn’t help.

I don’t understand all the terrible reviews. This is boxed vegan macaroni for children with high protein and powdered veggies in the sauce. My son is incredibly picky, and this is one of the only foods he will eat. It has never tasted like cardboard.

Great dairy free/gluten free easy mac and cheese
I am dairy free and my wife is gluten free, so we were really happy to find this option that checks both boxes. I was skeptical at first, but I actually enjoy this Mac and cheese, as does my wife and GF daughter. I use the suggested vegan butter (Miyoko’s) and non-dairy milk (almond) and it makes the cheese creamy when mixed together well. I’m not a big fan of vegan cheeses, but I like this one.

Better than expected
I recently have become lactose intolerant or rather, i've finally accepted my limits and have been going towards vegan cheeses to avoid any stomach drama. I picked one of these up on clearance at my local store on a whim and added some leftover tuna salad and overall it turned out good. Creamy, Not sure if i would say cheesy? but gooey. The sauce blended well, no hassle there. Noodles cooked well. It's not something i'd get and eat on the regular but i felt good about it. Yes, I'd recommend but don't get your hopes too high

Cheese Changed - Tastes Horrible!
We've bought the Vegan Cheddar shells before. The cheese sauce was just that, a liquid sauce sealed in a pouch. Now the sauce is a powder and the taste is awful! We are returning our remaining boxes to the store for a refund.

I’ve been making this for my family for a couple years now and this was horrible. I accidentally grabbed the vegan, not realizing it. The sauce is absolutely trash, but even worse the noodles that are supposed to be the same tasted stale. I’ve reached out to the company and I’m awaiting their response as to why this could be.

Smells terrible!!
I wanted to like this. I’ve tried several times making it with different vegan butters and milks playing with the amounts I add. It’s awful. I cannot get past the smell. It literally makes me gag. I don’t understand why we can’t have a vegan pasta mix that doesn’t stink and taste like feet. It’s so bad.

INGREDIENTS ONLINE ARE INCORRECT. Fault on Target. Doesn’t say coconut oil in ingredients. On the box says coconut oil powder, and also has sunflower oil. DO NOT GET IF ALLERGIC TO COCONUT
