Both of my kids take these each morning and have not had any issues with the taste or texture. I love the fact that it has no added sugar and a decent amount of DHA in it. I trust this brand and will most likely continue purchasing these. The only issue I saw was the Packaging. They are a little tough to get out of the tin packaging and some of the product comes off and stays in the packaging. I'd much rather it be packed in that material over plastic. If you purchase these, which I think you definitely should, make sure you keep them cool. I receive mine during the hot summer through the mail so that could definitely be a factor! In my opinion, there is no way to prove that Not. I mainly look for ingredients and the amount that my child would need from research.

I think these are great for vitamins, but they do tend to stick to the foil. I would probably try these again

I decided to try to the gummy version as they got older but they spit them out due to still hating the taste.

I like the texture, it's thin and easy to chew. Individual packing so they aren't stuck together and easy to open. My son noticed the fish on the packaging and told my daughter she was eating fish so she was a little hesitant after that but I told her it's good for her skin and hair so she still eats them.. plus she loves the taste so much! I would recommend to anyone looking for a children's DHA chew.

They said it didn’t taste good at all, and the gummy texture was very rubbery. What I do appreciate is how inviting the package is, how many pieces of information are included in an easy to read format, and they used and disperse saying one gummy at a time. I wish these were able to work for us, but unfortunately, they’re a no go.
