Q: How much of the rrr alpha tocopherol is in this as I'm already taking maximum amount in my current prenatal and don't want to take any more of that?

I will say my hair got softer and my nails are healthy. They have a strong smell and taste and if you belch be prepared for a second dose of that smell. Well packaged for safety and well noted for the ingredients and health benefits. I have not priced so I'm not sure of the value.

They did arrive all smooshed together and they are difficult to separate now so that's not so great. I do like them and would purchase again from a store not to be shipped in the heat lol
