We ordered 2 sets (4 lounge). Wood slats started to warp after few months, and now breaking in several places. Unable to use. I am glad we bought 2 yr protection plan.

These loungers are a nice addition to out backyard. My only issue is one of the loungers came with a broken part. The lounger is already put together so I don't want to go through the trouble of disassembling and returning. However, I've requested the part twice now and have not received it. If it wasn't for that one minor part/issue, I would've given 5 stars for quality and comfort.

i received 4 boxes (2 sets) all with broken pieces. I was able to build 2 (poor quality), requested 2 new chaises, they sent me 1 chaise with more broken pieces. 5 boxes with broken pieces? no damage to the boxes. terrible quality control. very upsetting. My uncle purchased these years ago and the quality was so much better. They are definitely mass producing these and do not care about what they are selling.
