With Frozen Atlantic Salmon Fillets from Good & Gather™, it's easy to get a simple and delicious dinner prepped with minimal time and effort. This 16-ounce package contains individually wrapped fillets of farmed Atlantic salmon, so it's easy to serve just the portion you want whether you're dining solo or as a family. Great for baking or preparing in a skillet, these frozen salmon fillets come from salmon raised without antibiotics, and the reclosable package helps them maintain freshness in your freezer. Try baking these salmon fillets after topping with butter, salt, pepper and dill, or prepare in a skillet with a teriyaki sauce and enjoy over sushi rice.All Good & Gather products are made without artificial flavors, synthetic colors, artificial sweeteners, and high-fructose corn syrup. Some are specially formulated while others never contained these ingredients.DirectionsSalmon needs to be fully cooked. Do not refreeze if thawed. Do not microwave. ThawCold Water – Place sealed vacuum pouch in water for 30 minutes until completely thawed; then remove from pouch.  If not using immediately, remove fish from pouch before storing in refrigerator.  Refrigerator – For food safety, remove fillets from all packaging. Place in a rimmed dish; refrigerate 8 to 10 hours. Skillet1.    Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet over MEDIUM heat.2.    Pat thawed fillet dry with paper towel. Season as desired. Place skin-side down in skillet.3.    Cook 12 to 16 minutes, turning halfway through, until fish flakes easily with fork. Oven1.    Heat oven to 375°F.  Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.2.    Brush thawed fillet with olive oil, season as desired and place, skin-side down, on baking pan.3.    Bake 15 to 18 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F as measured by a food thermometer.  Appliances and fillet thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.  Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
