This Mission style desk lamp is a sight to behold! The simply crafted design and the adjustable mica shade would look at home in both contemporary or traditional decor. I purchased this lamp because of the Arts and Crafts style, and it looks fantastic on my early 1900's antique oak desk. The quality of this lamp is obvious immediately, and the heavy base provides rock-solid stability. A great added feature is the charging station on the back of the base. So, the best of both worlds: the classic Mission style and a modern convenience. What's not to love? Very pleased with my purchase, and highly recommended - you won't have buyer's remorse!

Bought a few years ago and the knobs (see picture) to adjust the actual lamp direction do not work and so the head of the lamp just points down vs being able to adjust the direction of the shade. It was bought for that specific feature and now it doesnt work at all. frustrating.

After 3 tries we found the perfect lamp. I love the mica shade, the usb charger on the base and the on/off switch is at the top which makes it easier to use than the switch on the cord. I really like the look and utility of this lamp and am using it, but the shade is made of some sort of paper, and the on/off switch at the top is very counter-intuitive. I thought at this price point the lamp would be slightly more luxe.

I absolutely adore this lamp! I bought two - one for each nightstand. I first found the lamp several months ago and when I went to order, discovered they were out of stock.
