Poor service by the seller

I ordered this item last week and returned back in two days as I did not like the material of the cushion.. after it got delivered to the vendor, the vendor denied to refund the amount and set the transfer dirty, but we did not even open the chairs fully just saw the cushion and packed it back.

Chairs are Okay

The chairs themselves are decently comfortable and sturdy. They're also pretty easy to assemble. However, the color is not quite like shown. They're much more cool toned/gray in real life. You get what you pay for.
