The pattern is completely absent and unrecognizable, there are big black chunks where the pattern is supposed to be. The quality is terrible and I’m genuinely shocked this made it past quality control. Would not recommend or purchase from this company again.

    Target Customer Service is awful

    I ordered this rug and it never showed up. Target listed it as "delivered to mail room" but I don't even have a mail room. I called to get a refund or a new rug delivered since I never received it and I was met with skepticism from the customer service rep and then they told me that if I wanted a refund or a new rug, then I would have to call my card company and dispute the charges because it was listed as delivered. Horrible customer service and Target has lost a long time customer.

    So disappointing

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug was such a let down, I should have known the sale price was too good to be true. It is INCREDIBLY THIN. Like basically as good as a bedsheet on the ground. I wanted low pile but at least there to be some cushioning. You can tell the quality of the fibers is very poor as well. The color is also misleading, the pictures online show it to have more of a cream type color, when actually it is white and has more of a cooler undertone than a warmer undertone. It changed the vibe of my room and was not what I was going for. Another disappointment.

    NOT THE SAME AS THE PHOTO - pattern and coloring is off! NOT HAPPY

    So frustrating! Coloring and sizing is off! The pattern is absolutely not the same as showed online. The rug is MUCH more white with a bush pattern that is not reflected at all in the photos of the item. The rug is also several inches smaller than what I paid for! Well, no big deal, I’ll just return it. Except target won’t let me. Not happy at all. Will report back if target does the right thing and rectifies the situation but for now, absolutely don’t get this rug.

    AVOID

    Rug arrived in a box that was torn and smashed. The rug itself was obviously returned before. It was folded into half which created stubborn creases that could not be removed. This rug comes directly from the manufacturer Nuloom so this negative review is not aimed at Target. As for my return, I appreciate Target’s easy return policy and associate’s apology for the rug’s condition and packaging.

    ring around the rosette

    I have mixed emotions about this rug. I love it and the design; I have a Matt underneath and have tried quite a few things to get the dents or creases out, hoping time it will lay flat. I love the fact that it is very light in color. I put it in the kitchen between the island and stove. I hope I am able to keep it clean. It looks great with white cabinets, and a dark wood floor.
