Dog is ok, cat is not
My dog will eat the Allergy & Itch Support, although he is still scratching, but the cats will not eat the Healthy Hip & Joint, which is the product the vet recommended😢

Unpalatable for my Cat
Love the idea, but my 8yo nm dsh, black kitty, acts like I'm trying to poison him... He actually runs from the "treats" like when it's time for his flea medication, and he's definitely not a picky eater. 😕 Maybe alternate flavor options would have better success.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Carrie. We are so sorry to hear that your cat is not a fan of GlycoFlex Stage 2. Although we pride ourselves on high palatability ratings, some pets may not always like the taste of our supplements. Here are some tips and tricks to help entice your pet to eat our products and live healthier lives every day:
• Break into smaller pieces and mix with food. Try using a cheese grater and wet food.
• Add dry kibble or favorite treats to the package and shake prior to administering. This coats the chews with a flavor/smell your pet already knows and loves.
• Try using catnip for cats.
With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can return this product to us for a replacement bag or full refund within 45 days of the purchase date. Older cat not a soft chew fan
My friend has an older cat too. Her vet recommended this supplement and her cat loves them and gobbles them up. My cat doesn't like the smell. She also likes crunchy treats. I am finely grating it over her dry food. It sticks to it lightly - so I hope she will consume enough to be beneficial.

This works great for my 12 yo kitty who has arthritic hips
My 12 year old kitty with arthritic hips loves this as long as it is crumbled up on her wet food. She can be picky and can be difficult to administer pills to. This works because her gait is much less stiff when I give it to her on a regular basis. I will continue to give this to her.

It's been helpful
My cat has been on this for a few years now. I had extreme stiffness and limited mobility when we adopted him five years ago. Vet suggested this. We did not see the changes immediately but after a few weeks there was improvement. We continue to use it daily. We do have to break each piece up into 2-3 pieces but he likes us handfeeding it to him (he is a picky cat).

Works as intended, but Old cats have less TEETH
Chew helps my cat with his arthritis. Was recommend by my vet to feed/help my cat. He doesn't like the treat as well as his others. I feed this treat with other treats and soft food to get him to eat it all, which is fine. Biggest thing I find with this chew is that it is too big for older cats. Older cats are less likely to have as many teeth as younger cats. I have to break the treat into 3-4 pieces so my cat can eat it. It would be better if more chews are needed to be feed to cats, then one big one, instead of the older cat not being able to eat due to the size of the chew.

Not tasty
I can't tell how well it works, because my cat turns his nose up and walks away. I crushed it and mixed it with a pate style food and he still wouldn't eat it.

Causes severe Vomiting
We use VetriScience Pro L-Lysine chews and they have been wonderful for us! In wanting to keep our boy healthy and active we wanted to get him joint support before we saw major issues. Our vet sold us these. Rex (10 pounds) ate one after his meal and shortly after vomited his entire dinner up. He vomited a few more times, drank a lot, and vomited a couple more times over the course of an hour. I didn't want to think it was these, so we gave it a few days and tried again. The next time I gave him one I tried on an empty stomach so if he vomited again he wouldn't lose his breakfast or dinner. He ate it, and sure enough shortly after vomited a again. Poo baby. I really wanted these to work. I am not leaving this review to bash the brand as they have great products. I just think it's important for others to know this could happen and pay attention in case your kitty responds the same way. I called customer service and am waiting a call back. Hopefully they have some advice and maybe we can try a different joint support from them as I do believe in the products.
