Wayyyy too much lint!
I bought this rug 2-3 years ago and I have to say it’s absolutely gorgeous! It’s thick and cushy and the design is beautiful. BUT I gave it a 3 bc this thing sheds like a husky! The amount of wool and lint that comes off of this in a day and a week is just ridiculous. As a busy family, we have no time vacuum a million times a week and it’s also frustrating not to be able to sit on the rug or lie down without having lint all over you. If you have a low traffic area, go for it but it’s not for a family home with kids. It requires too much maintenance.

Love this rug!!! It’s so hard to find rugs that have bright colors and are actually beautiful to look at. This rug does not disappoint. The colors are accurate to what is shown online and it’s nice and soft with minimal shedding. Sure, I make everyone take their shoes off before walking on it but let’s be real, those boring beige rugs are just hiding all the dust and dirt. At least this way I know when it needs to be cleaned and it makes the living room so bright and cheery. Everyone asks where I find such fun colorful rugs when they see it. I have a kid and a cat and we have managed to keep it looking brand new with regular vacuuming. I like it so much, I’m tempted to buy a backup since rugs this colorful are so hard to find.

Still Shedding
This is a beautiful rug. I absolutely love it in our living room. I searched for months to find an affordable wool rug. I expected some initial shedding, but after eight months it is still shedding heavily. We have a new baby and had to get rid of this rug so they don't get fuzz between fingers and toes or worse swallow any.

It’s absolutely beautiful but it sheds like crazy!!!! White tufts of fuzz everywhere!! It doesn’t recommend that you vacuum it with the beater brush on so it’s impossible to get rid of the fuzz just by air vacuuming. It’s so sad because I love the rug but if you sit on it with black pants, you’ll look like a white bear.

This isn’t the rug in the picture. The design is the same but I bought this rug specifically for the bright colors to go with the decor in my house. The red is actually pink. The orange is brown. The bright green is a brownish olive color. The whole rug is just shades of pink, dull blue, and brown. Good quality but not the rug I ordered.

This is a high quality, well-made rug. I was initially skeptical that wool might be itchy to walk on, but it’s not! I love the bold graphic pattern and design. I read the other reviews so I knew the colors would be different/cooler/more muted, but I still really liked the photos other reviewers took so I went with it. I have an orange couch with some pink accessories and it all goes, but I’m giving the rug four stars because the picture from Target IS misleading and if you hadn’t read the reviews, you wouldn’t know! Adding my photos to the collection so you can see the true coloration.

Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice quality rug. Thick, seems well made, looks like it will hold up to wear and tear. However, I planned an entire living room’s decor around this rug, and the colors are completely different. The mint green is a dusty light blue, the light pink/purple is a grayish purple, the orange/coral is straight-up Barbie lipstick pink, and the greens are way cooler toned in person. Still pretty, but I now have pillows and art that don’t match and have to decide if I go through the trouble of returning all those pieces, or returning this rug and trying to find something similar, which really isn’t available at this price point. If you don’t care what color it is, go for it. Otherwise, plan to receive an entirely different color scheme.
