Have question - see image added

After looking around online for Jurassic Park and World bed sets this one looked the coolest. The other one that was neat is jurassic world with a volcano on the blanket. Only strangely the pillow case under details was different than the one on the main image. This set is more expensive than the rest and it still has something that I wondered about. What on earth is the red white and black cube/pixel thing behind the t-rex on the sheet supposed to represent?
