Difficult to set up with tool provided
very difficult to assemble with the one tool provided. Instructions are not clear you need power tools to set this up. Instruction manual and actual hardware provided are different you need to use your own judgement to assemble.

Great but stinky
Just what we were hoping for; round chair so there’s no digging into the back of your thigh, swivel, footrests and holds an adequate weight for most of our guests- all for less than $100 a piece. That said, these chairs reek! They’re off-gassing a terrible mothball smell. Anyway, I hope it dissipates soon because they fit our needs perfectly.

Satisfied
Packages arrived undamaged and three days early. All product components were there and in excellent condition and correct quantity. Super easy to assemble. Took an average of 15 minutes a stool. Very nice and will work perfect for our pub. These are not $300 barstools but they are very nice and a great value for the price.

Good looking, but not my dream chair
The end product once fully assembled is a really nice looking chair. Overall, the swivel works well, however, sitting on them they feel like they tip a little side to side at the swivel. I don't know if that is by design or not. They came with all of the parts, and the instructions were perfect. However, I had to find a different allen wrench to use because the one they gave was too long to fit in the tiny spaces. It took a long time to screw in the screws. We removed the little plastic buttons from the feet. We have pine floors, and they would have made a mess of it. We have bought some felt protectors to replace them and will be installing those soon. The plastic buttons might work well on tile, but I would not recommend them on softwood, and possibly not even on hardwood. There is really not very good lower back support. That's probably the most disappointing part for me because I really was seeking comfort as my number one reason for buying. The upper bar goes right across the middle of the back, but that leaves basically a big air pocket at the lower back. If I had it to do over again, I might consider buying a more expensive chair that is known for having good lower back support. Overall, these are a very good deal for what we got. They are not perfect, but they are pretty good, and were one of the most economical options for barstool chairs.

Pretty
Bar stools are very pretty. Took a little maneuvering to put together. I will hold my opinion on longevity however. This is my 3rd set of barstools and they all seem to "loosen" up eventually. Screws never seem to stay tight

Nails were not fit its hole
Nails were smaller than the re-open holes and I had to look for nails thicker than the nails were coming with the package. Also, there were a small cut on one of the chairs cushions.

It is nice, sturdy. But the assembly totaly sucks. The wrench you get is either to small fir places or to long. Your fingers and wrist eill get a worknout for sure. Plan on 45 minutes per chair. I wouldn't buy again simply because of assembly

Stools are gorgeous. Took a bit to assemble. We notice a slight separation on the food guard at the bottom. I'm not keen on returning the one that is separated. I'll see what happens after a few days of use. They are refundable which is great. In all they are so gorgeous and very comfortable. They arrived early.

Arrived all sets of 4 of chair stools. Assembling the parts together wasn't hard or difficult, took 2-3 hrs to complete the chairs stools. The chairs stool came in good, strong conditions and one chair is lopsided but isn't a big deal because all the chairs can rotate
