    Not functional, but cute

    The chairs are really nice looking, but are not functional for use. They are not sturdy at all and in the 2 days we’ve tried to use them, they have collapsed multiple times. I’m so disappointed because I was really excited about these. They are so cute and the little storage compartment is great, but unfortunately they aren’t super awesome for trying to sit and lounge without falling.

    Horrible Chairs & Customer Service

    If I could give no stars I would, mostly due to the horrible customer service I received. These chairs are awful, don’t hold you up and per the specs are supposed to hold 300+ pounds. They are made of soft plastic and aren’t sturdy whatsoever and priced way too high for the quality. Tried to return or even exchange, as my 8 year old child couldn’t sit in them without collapsing forward. The joints don’t hold in place and the chair is completely wobbly. Target would do nothing about my concerns and refused to help me settle this even with it being a safety issue. Customer service hung up on me when I tried to explain the issue and refused any sort of explanation. Do not buy these! I’m debating even buying anything again from this company as I expected so much more. Pretty disappointing Target! Do better with your customer service.
