WARNING!!!! Do Not but Costway products they dont send the stuff complete, they don't answer the phone, they don't return any voicemail, some phone recordings have Covid 19 messages, it took them 1 week to reply an email and after all this the told me that I needed to wait 7-12 days to receive a replacement, they blame the delivery company. So dont buy anything that says shipped from costway or goplus. Target can't get ahold of them either.worst customer service ever

The assembly holes did not line up. We had to drill new holes and a lot of effort went into trying to put this together. The fabric on cushions are not weather proof at all and very thin. The brand that came was totally different than what was advertised- much cheaper.

I would give zero stars if possible. There is no quality to this. You can’t use this outdoors! I have other outdoor furniture, so I thought I knew what to expect. I tried to bring the cushions in when it rains, but if you forget one time, the cushions will stay wet for days! I finally got to where I’d have to roll them up to express all the water out of them, and then lay in the sun for The day. After a few short months, I am already seeing mold and mildew, and I have to throw this item away.

My husband had a fairly easy time putting this together, however he did use a speciality tool which he attributed to easy installation of the four boxes. Overall I’d say this is a great set for the price, it doesn’t take up so much room on our deck and it doesn’t get too hot.

Don't waste your money
I bought this set through Target in September 2023 and purchased the extended warranty and in only a few months, some of the cushions have faded badly. Additionally, the manufacturer won't cover the defect, the extended plan won't cover the defect, and Target hasn't been able to help. PLUS I cancelled the extended warranty and am supposed to get a refund...we'll see if that happens. I've been trying to get replacement cushions for almost two months.

Worst item purchased and now I regret, came with broke pieces, when I called target they cared less , worst customer service ever, for something you paid almost $700 you would not expect a broken part and when you call you’d think something would be done but NO, will never shop here again, the cushions are so slippery and if you put the back pillow to rest your back there is no space to sit, very narrow cushions and thin..DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, and TARGET BE BETTER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Smaller than expected and has a horrible smell!
The set itself is cute. It has decent quality for the price ( it was on sale), but definitely wouldn't pay full price. The scent on it reminds me of an old perfumey soap. I cannot handle being near it without getting a headache! I'll most likely be returning this, but now that's it's assembled it'll be extremely difficult to do so.
