The chair is very attractive. I wanted to purchase it at a store but they didnt have them in person so I just bought it online. When sitting on the chair it will automatically lower and sink to the lowest height. I sent a request to return it - I will say that I was given a return authorization without any delay but I had thrown away the packaging and they said I could not return it to a store since I bought it online. I should have bought it through the store because then I could drive a mile and drop it off.
