go to's for flare ups and breakouts
I’ve been loyal to the Hero pimple patches for a while now. My go to’s are the Mighty Face Patch and the regular pimple patches. The face ones are incredible for if I’m having an exceptionally bad breakout and a small patch can’t suffice. You definitely need to put it on a pimple that does have sebum / puss inside for it to work 100%.

Waste of Money
Such a waste of money! After peeling off the back, I placed the patches on and couldn’t get the top layer of plastic to peel off. I followed directions and was left with half of the patch covering my problem areas.

Not worth the money
I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to go out of my way to recommend that you DO NOT waste your time with this $20 item, I love hero patches and was very excited to try this but the way they engineered the packaging it is almost impossible to get the patches to stick properly to your skin without peeling them right back off when trying to peel the clear plastic backing off as you can see in a picture someone already posted. Very expensive item to not work nearly at all.

I was expecting these to be soft, flexible, and fabric-like, similar to the original patches. Instead they are made of plastic and super stiff/semi uncomfortable to wear, plus it looks freakish. My boyfriend hadn’t seen me yet, and I’m nervous for him to come to bed. Jump scare.

Usually hero works extremely well, but these didn’t. Also, the cheek patches were a little strong - adhesive wise - for my taste and really hurt taking off the next morning. I have some redness from them as well.

These work well, I usually pop the pimples first so that the patches can do the rest of the work getting the gross stuff out and it helps lower the bumps overnight. The nose one is kind of annoying to apply though.

This was literally something I wished for! I had always said I needed a patch for my whole face, because of what the little ones can do. These are big enough to use on all sections of your face for a deeper all over cleaning.

Wasteful due to packaging
The pimple patches are good quality but the packaging needs work, The pimple patches do not some off easily and will get stuck to itself. I was unable to use most of the patches in this set due to this. I have re-purchased previously but continue to have this issue, I will no longer be repurchasing especially for the price.

So annoyed with this product. When you have a bunch of breakouts and want to use this to try to help/make yourself feel better and YOU CANT EVEN PUT THE PATCHES ON! They say to peel the inner layer, place it on your face and the peel the outer layer but it's IMPOSSIBLE to peel the outer layer off. Mad I spent money on this, don't waste yours

Not effective, painful!
I made the mistake of not reading the reviews prior, but I absolutely agree with others who said these were terrible. Application was very challenging-especially the nose which I was most curious spot to see what gunk came out. It hurt terrible removing them in the morning and was incredibly underwhelmed as the patches didn't appear to remove anything. Nothing. It caused redness, almost bruising?, upon removal on my nose. If I could give zero stars I would.

Better Options in the Line of Products
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the other blemish patches that Hero offers. These I'm sure are okay for specific circumstances, but for minor breakouts across the face, it's not worth using. They are very adhesive, which is great. However, they don't absorb as much as the spot patches, and make my face feel strange. If you have more oozing blemishes, or need to take preventative measures from picking at spots, these world work. Also, the application is difficult due to the size and shape of the patches. If one small corner gets folded onto itself, it is impossible to peel back up.

These were awful. They are nearly impossible to apply, as they barely stick to skin at first but stick to the plastic backing too well. They leave wrinkles in the skin even after 10 minutes of application, which is all I could stand as it was making my skin itchy and burn. Peeling them off hurt almost as if I was getting waxed. They're very expensive as well, coming with only one set of patches.
