These patches are so versatile and actually give results! They pull the gunk out so well so quickly and leaves the skin feeling smooth and clean afterwards!

work great and cover large area. Even good for a single pimple that is large. No gimmicks. I wake up and my pimple looks 10x better than how it would without a patch. Soaks up so much fluid after popping (if your an avid pimple popper). I will say, having these can be a double edged sword.. I feel i’m more likely to pop my pimples knowing I have these in my closet as a backup. Something to consider. And they’re pricey.

Love this product. Works great and I cut it up to make tailored patches for blemish area.

I really love the pimple patches so I thought I’d try the surface patches for spots where I struggle with a lot of hormonal acne. I placed it under my chin and my neck area and it worked so well! These are definitely lifesavers for the stubborn areas with multiple pimples, way better than using tons of pimple patches in one sitting. I definitely use these as part of my acne treatment routine often!

I get acne on my back and chest sometimes I use these work great .

These are the best for patches of acne, able to use one strip instead of a ton of dots. Also works great on my forehead congestion.

Sometimes I have a larger break-out on my cheek and I slap one of these surface patches on and get GREAT results. I truly will not use another brand.

Totally worth it! The Hero Mighty Patch Surface Patch has become one of my go-to emergency fixes for those stubborn, larger breakouts that show up at the worst possible time. What I love most is how big the patch is—it covers clusters of pimples in one go, which is perfect for areas like my cheeks or jawline where breakouts tend to group together. It sticks really well (even overnight), doesn’t irritate my skin, and by the next morning I can literally see how much gunk it pulls out. It helps flatten bumps, calms redness, and keeps me from accidentally picking at my skin. Also, it’s super thin and comfortable—once it’s on, I pretty much forget about it. If you struggle with bigger breakout areas or want something reliable for overnight healing, this patch is definitely worth trying. Hero never misses!

These are my holy grail products. These are the patches I like the most. I've had them on subscription for years. The shape and size is perfect, and if I need smaller I just cut them down. You get so much more bang for your buck and I swear they stick SO much better than the circles.

I bought a box of the different sized patches. From the small little pimple circles to the big sized patches meant for your body. I have a ton of acne around my nose so instead of using it on my body I cut it into two pieces and placed them on the sides of my nose where my cheek area is. I slept with them on and when I got up and seen the patches in the mirror they were not clear anymore. They had little white spots all over them . They literally sucked the pimples out of my face. My skin was never clearer . I absolutely love these. I tell all my family and friends about the hero patches . I definitely have to get more!!

These patches are PERCECT for cluster breakouts!!!

These give coverage over any area. I get better results with these than the nose patch.
