Sometimes I have a larger break-out on my cheek and I slap one of these surface patches on and get GREAT results. I truly will not use another brand.

I have used these patches so often they cover just the right amount on my cheeks so I can get everything and leave it on overnight

Totally worth it! The Hero Mighty Patch Surface Patch has become one of my go-to emergency fixes for those stubborn, larger breakouts that show up at the worst possible time. What I love most is how big the patch is—it covers clusters of pimples in one go, which is perfect for areas like my cheeks or jawline where breakouts tend to group together. It sticks really well (even overnight), doesn’t irritate my skin, and by the next morning I can literally see how much gunk it pulls out. It helps flatten bumps, calms redness, and keeps me from accidentally picking at my skin. Also, it’s super thin and comfortable—once it’s on, I pretty much forget about it. If you struggle with bigger breakout areas or want something reliable for overnight healing, this patch is definitely worth trying. Hero never misses!

It pulled some gunk out but it didn’t make the pimples go away

These are my holy grail products. These are the patches I like the most. I've had them on subscription for years. The shape and size is perfect, and if I need smaller I just cut them down. You get so much more bang for your buck and I swear they stick SO much better than the circles.

I bought a box of the different sized patches. From the small little pimple circles to the big sized patches meant for your body. I have a ton of acne around my nose so instead of using it on my body I cut it into two pieces and placed them on the sides of my nose where my cheek area is. I slept with them on and when I got up and seen the patches in the mirror they were not clear anymore. They had little white spots all over them . They literally sucked the pimples out of my face. My skin was never clearer . I absolutely love these. I tell all my family and friends about the hero patches . I definitely have to get more!!

These give coverage over any area. I get better results with these than the nose patch.

These things are magic. They’re perfect for covering larger breakout zones like cheeks, chins, or across the nose. Every time I use one, I wake up with less redness and visibly clearer skin — they pull out all that deep gunk in the most satisfying way. They stick well, don’t budge overnight, and feel super light on the skin. Honestly, I keep these on hand for skincare emergencies or when I need a major reset. Took off one star only because of the price. They work amazingly, but for just 10 patches, it adds up fast — especially if you’re dealing with more than one area at a time. I’d love to see a better value pack or price drop, because I’d absolutely keep these in rotation if it felt more affordable.

These are the babies I've been praying for! It covers the entire area of a breakiut! What more could I ask for from Hero?!

do exactly what they say they do. i use these on my nose, chin , cheeks etc they are very versatile and good quality. they are a little expensive tho I would it would be cheaper to look for any other hydrocolloid patch on amazon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mighty patch “surface” patches are a staple in my skin care routine whenever i am having breakouts. They pull so much junk out of my skin, it’s amazing to see what one patch can do within six hours. I will definitely continue to buy and offer these as a suggestion to anyone I know because they truly are the best!

For a long time I was just using a lot of the regular patches and now I can just use this guy to cover it all. Game changer. I havent see a huge amount of stuff absorbed, but maybe what I covered wasn't as in need as I thought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love love LOVE these pimple patches! i am a big fan of Hero Cosmetics and all of their products in general, but these large pimple patches are one of my ultimate favorites! i do use them on my face as well, but i highly recommend these if you are looking for pimple patches that work well on the body (chest, back, etc. ). i struggle with clogged pores on my chest area, and these have been a game changer. i mostly use them to suck out excess oil and gunk, which it does SO well. these patches are great for oil buildup or generally clogged pores, so they’re nice for more than just pimple breakouts! the patches can be easily cut into different sizes, which i would recommend doing before removing the patches from their protective plastic film (otherwise the scissors can get stuck to the adhesive side of the patches). these patches are incredible durable and i have never once experienced them falling off or becoming flimsy. they are super sticky and hold well, but are not at all painful to remove, even on sensitive skin. the patches are relatively clear so they aren’t overwhelmingly noticeable on your skin (but i definitely wouldn’t expect them to be invisible lol). you can tell how effective the patches are at sucking out gunk from your skin by seeing how much of the white-ish gunk the patch has absorbed. it’s especially nice because i can tell if certain spots need an extra patch for any remaining oil/gunk, and after reapplying, you can see how much was removed the second time around! while these patches may be a bit pricy, i will never recommend any other patches over these, simply because of how effective, adhesive, and durable they are compared to other options. i’ve tried other brands, but none have even slightly compared to how well these work. i HIGHLY recommend for anyone who is debating between these and any other option.

Handy when you have a few breakouts close to each other. It I don’t need a whole sheet, I’ll even cut it in half and save the other for another time!

I suffer mainly from cystic acne that comes in groups. I love to use these patches instead of drying spot treatment. They get the gunk out without negatively affecting my skin. And they really work!
