Back of the Chair Comes Undone

In just 2 days the back of the chair fell apart. I really wanted to return the whole thing but I felt so guilty returning knowing it would just be thrown into a landfill. I tried to super glue it. It came undone. In the end I just sort of weaved it around and made a knot. For over $700 you would think they would do a better job constructing this thing. Very disappointed.
