    I love that I don't have to take this with food, and it doesn't upset my stomach or result in strange lingering burps. The pill size is also smaller than the normal giant pill for multi-vitamins, which is most appreciated! I've only been taking these daily for a week or so, but I think they will become a solid addition to my morning wake-up routing.
