Not for sensitive skin
Definitely not for sensitive skin or girlies allergic to fragrances. Made me break out with cystic acne and rashes on my neck and chest. Didn’t work nearly as good as the elf makeup melting balm!

Good molecules balm is better
An unfortunate dislike for me. I have loved every byoma product I’ve tried but this was a miss. It has an unpleasant smell and a thicker texture than other cleansing balms I’ve used. It also had a weird sticky glue like layer on the top that I had to get past. It never fully melting down or emulsified.

BEWARE
I totally messed up by not reading the reviews. This smells HORRIBLE and barely melted because it’s more of a glue like consistency. literally used it one time and threw it away.

Love it!
Love this! Nice relaxing scent, makes my skin feel amazing, and is the first thing I’ve tried in years that’s actually helping my adult acne!

Big Nope! Save your money!
Sadly I did not read the comments before buying this yesterday and I am disappointed by spending money on this rancid smelling glue like texture “cleansing balm” that does not cleanse or do anything on my face. It smells old and then feels like it’s been sitting in the shelf too long and it’s a sticky old glue texture that cannot be spread over your face to remove makeup or dirt. Also my cheeks got read and felt weird afterwards. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I don’t even know if I could bring it back to Target and get my money back.

So bad! This literally smells rancid even though it isn’t expired. Unlike other cleansing balms I’ve tried, the “balm” does does not transition into a smooth oil when rubbed onto the face. Instead this one feels thick and like it pulls on the skin wherever you’re trying to rub it in. My biggest use for these type of balms is getting my waterproof mascara off, but this irritated my eyelids and almost burned my eyes. I had really high hopes for this as I’ve heard good things about the brand, but I hated this.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy it!
This product burned my face. The balm smelled like it had expired. I should have known better the moment I opened it.

Dont buy it
Like many of the other reviews… this smells awful, I thought for sure it was expired (its not). The top layer was gummy, as others have described. Just don’t buy it.

Smells rancid!
This may well take makeup off, but it smells absolutely gross like rancid oil. Maybe it’s old but when I first used it the first layer was gummy and did not melt into an oil at all it was like blob of stuff laying on my face doing nothing. It wouldn’t spread out period. I had to remove it and trash it. Sorry but I’ll stick with the Garnier makeup cleansing balm. I only tried this on a whim.

BAD BATCH OR FORMULA CHANGE
Something has changed or this is a bad batch. It smells like a stink bug and has this awful gooey gel glue texture. I scooped half out of the container thinking the top had something on it. I usually use this but haven't bought any since end of last summer. I even use it on my kids. It's normally just like a lip balm texture and rubs in like oil with no real smell, at least not stink. Something went terribly wrong.

This smells absolutely disgusting. Don't buy. It did an ok job at removing makeup but the unpleasant smell is extremely off putting

NOPE
I love Clinique’s cleanser balm but opted to give this a try after it was highly recommended. I followed the directions, used a ‘pea-sized’ amount and it wasn’t enough nor nearly effective. The glue-like texture, smell and the lack of makeup removal was off-putting. I still had to use waterproof makeup remover and use another facial cleanser to ensure a proper cleanse. Definitely returning!

A big no from me
Smell & texture is gross, I don’t like the consistency of this. I thought this would be a dupe for my favorite “versed cleansing balm” and it is not at all. Returning immediately and spending the extra few bucks on my tried and true Versed cleansing balm! I would NOT recommend this product but I do like Byoma serums, this balm is just not it. It doesn’t spread well and I can’t get over the smell.

Bad smell and glue like texture
I am a huge oil based cleanser lover but this just didn’t hit the mark. I normally use Elemis which is a joy but I was trying to save some Pennie’s and thought I’d try this. The smell is awful, and the texture is that of the glue that comes on the back of a credit card to stretch it the paper. It did remove the make up but you need more than a pea size amount as it suggests and is only god for a first cleanse. The smell and the glue like texture has me at a NO I’m afraid but as it did remove the make up I have it a 2.
